Controller

Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). When you access the site, the provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, and the amount of data transferred. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable delivery).
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This data is not merged with other sources and is used solely for secure operation.
Fonts
All fonts are served locally from this server. There is no connection to Google or other third-party servers, and no IP addresses are transmitted to third parties.
Contact and project form
When you complete the project form, the data you enter (including name, email address, and project details) is sent to my own email inbox. There is no third-party form UI or brand involved — but technically, delivery runs through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), an email-sending API that only relays the message and does not otherwise use or store your data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR.
Your enquiry is deleted no later than 6 months after our last contact, unless a legal retention obligation applies (for example, an invoice resulting from it, § 147 German Fiscal Code).
Appointment booking
Booking calls uses Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling, embedded directly on this page. Opening this page loads content from Google’s servers, which transmits your IP address to Google (USA) even before you book anything. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in offering a functional, self-service booking option). When you actually book, the data you provide (name, email address, chosen slot) is transmitted to Google and processed for appointment management; the legal basis for that step is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Booked appointments are deleted from the calendar no later than 6 months after the agreed call, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
NOTE: before launch, confirm the current status of Google’s standard contractual clauses / data processing terms for this use.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc., USA) to count visits and page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors across sessions or devices — only aggregated, anonymous usage numbers are collected. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used).
NOTE: Google Analytics may be added later, once advertising campaigns make its deeper reporting worthwhile. Unlike Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics sets tracking cookies, so a cookie-consent banner with an equally prominent reject option (§ 25 TDDDG) must be shown before it is added — this site already has that banner built and ready, just not yet enabled. Update this section, with the legal basis, once it goes live.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie: a strictly necessary one that remembers which language you have chosen or were shown, so you are not redirected to a different language again on a later visit. No cookies are used for marketing or tracking purposes, so no consent banner is required for this.
NOTE: as soon as services with non-essential cookies are added, a consent banner becomes mandatory — with a reject option of equal prominence.
International data transfers
This website is aimed not only at visitors in Germany or the EU, but internationally. Regardless of where you access it from, the processors named above (Vercel and Google) are used, both based in the USA. For transferring personal data to this third country, both providers state that they rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) as an appropriate safeguard.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise these rights, contact: julian.vlasiichuk@proton.me
Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data. The competent authority is: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA) Promenade 27 91522 Ansbach, Germany www.lda.bayern.de
